Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and ensure patients' well-being.
• Educating patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in the state of California.
• Experience working as an LVN in a healthcare setting
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
