Position: RN Clinical Manager – L&D/OB/Triage

Location: Porterville, California

Salary Range: $111,883.20 USD to $156,644.80 annually

Sign-On Bonus: $10k sign on bonus with 3+ years manager experience.

Shift: 8:00a – 4:30p Variable, Exempt

PATIENT POPULATION:
The patient population served can be all patients, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and newborn. This also includes services which affect facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors and the general public.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with Chief Nurse Executive for 24/7 department management.
• Ensures department meets vision and patient care standards.
• Able to obtain and interpret information based on patient needs.
• Understands growth, development, and treatment for all patient groups.
• Must work scheduled hours, including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Required to assist in emergencies and community disasters, as per the California Emergency Services Act.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

• Evidence of Leadership Skills and Interpersonal Relations required.
• 2 years of clinical experience in specialty; 3 years total clinical experience.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Must complete Gnosis program within 6 months of hire.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN Licensure: Current in California.
• Certifications: Must maintain current BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AFM.
