Position: Office Administrator/Marketing Specialist
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Setting: Dermatology and cosmetic surgery center
Shifts: 8HRS day
Start Pay: $35/hr
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator/Marketing Specialist to join our team at cosmetic surgery center in Beverly Hills. In this dual-role position, you will manage front desk responsibilities while supporting marketing initiatives to enhance the practice’s brand and engagement on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the front desk Administrator, providing top-tier service and support to patients and office visitors.
- Develop and post engaging content on Instagram and other social media platforms to market our cosmetic services effectively.
- Assist in managing relationships with partner companies and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Enter and track financial data through QuickBooks to support business operations.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions to engage the audience and build the practice’s brand.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role at a medical setting/surgery center preferred.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks for business data entries.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (especially Instagram) for posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic office equipment.
