Pay: $55.00 to $62.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospice regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing team.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospice facility.

Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of hospice regulations.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Licensure: Active RN license in the state.
